I want to say: "I am living here since three years." Is this grammatically correct?

Correction

I am living here since three years.

I have been living here for three years.

Use present perfect + "for" with a duration, not present continuous + "since".

Not quite — use present perfect for actions that started in the past and continue now. Correct: "I have been living here for three years." Or simpler: "I have lived here for three years."
